Unlike many compilers, SXWIZ produces a linear, easy to read assembly source and there are no hidden subroutines. No complex build or link operations as with a C compiler; write your program with our full featured source editor, click Compile and you have your assembly source. SXWIZ is compatible with low cost emulation tools such as the Parallax SX-KEY and SV Tehs SX-DEVS and we can get you from a Basic program to the debug screen with a single click without leaving the SXWIZ environment. SXWIZ supports bit, byte, integer, single dimensioned arrays and string variables as well as true subroutines and functions. Timer and RB interrupt coding is in Basic and is as easy to write as a Gosub. Our Virtual Peripheral library gives you specific device access as subroutines not snippets of assembly code; they are all written in Basic, and are installed into your Main with a click. Choose from ADC's, Eproms, I/O expansion,I2C, SPI and Dallas 1 wire devices; most even include a schematic. SXWIZ has a Parallax compatible macro assembler and In-Line assembly capability; switch back and forth between Basic and assembly with a simple ASM directive.
